I started Hidden Layer to make experiences more personal. I pay attention to what interests you, what helps you feel comfortable, and the little things that can turn a day out into something you remember.

After a career in technology in the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to Salt Lake City to build my life around the outdoors. I’ve spent years exploring the West and several years guiding with a larger tour company here in Utah. I studied photography at the University of Utah and spent a decade promoting events.

That mix of outdoor experience, music, art, and technology shapes what I offer. I bring the ideas and equipment, and we work out what fits you. Each experience is bespoke: planned around your interests, your people, and your pace. I hope you leave with a feeling of awe.
